How lucky am I?!?

Ever since I found out I was pregnant I've been so down in the dumps. Yes I know, selfish! selfish! selfish! Shame on me! Before I got pregnant, I was a gym rat. That was my place to vent. Thats where I got all my self esteem. After a good bi/tri workout, or legs, or abs I felt so good. It was a natural drug for me. A natural high. I worked out for the first month of being pregnant and after 7 years of working out every day I quit the gym. I always said, If I get pregnant one day I will continue to work out until the 8th month. Well hell, reality hit me and it got to the point where I was just too tired to work out. No ones fault but my own, I should have pushed myself but instead I gave in to the excuse "im pregnant." Everyday I beat myself up over it. I would feel so much better if I was still working out. Next pregnancy I will do things different. For those of you who dont work out, your probably reading this saying, "Shes crazy!"  Im going to start walking, and todays the first step. I have plans to meet a friend at 1230. Enough about the gym...After reading blogs on here ive realized just how lucky I am. So ive gained some weight and lost my muscle. Im so lucky to be able to hit the gym hard after I have the baby. Im so lucky to be having a baby! Last night Liam and I were watching TV and this lady said her and her husband have been trying for 13 years! WOW! Although being pregnant at a young age is hard at times, im so lucky this is happening. Im so lucky to have an amazing husband. Liam really is amazing-I know everyone says that about there spouse but he really is. He has long days at work but before he goes he comes in and says to me have a great day, go back to sleep. I love you so much. He always jokes with me, "someone needs to work!" I cant imagine my life without him. Weve only known eachother for a very short time and getting married wasnt even a second thought. We knew we didnt want to be with anyone but eachother. He is always so positive which keeps me positive. He always looks at the good side of every situation which is so helpful now, especially with the house being turned upside down with construction. I could scream! Organization is key for me and right now, nothing is organized. Im also lucky to have great parents. They are so so good to us. Im also lucky that my Aunt Kim got me followers so im not talking to no one. Well thats a few reasons why im so lucky. Have a good day all.

  3. If you're not throwing up, you should be able to still exercise, as long as your doctor says it's ok! You may not be able to do everything you were doing before, but you can do something! If you get tired, take a nap! Google classes in your area. Maybe you'll find something new.

I took Pre-Natal Yoga, which helped me stay in shape, stay flexible, and get ready for natural childbirth. After my babies were born, I did Post-Partum yoga, and took my baby with me for the first 6 months or so! I love your new "baby picture!"
